Ordered from Blake at walkup window for carry out. Friendly staff. My order: Spicy Deluxe Meal with Pepper Jack, Extra Pickles, Extra Tomatoes, Large Fries, Arnold Palmer drink, two ketchups and two Chick-fil-A sauces. Order was ready in less than 2 minutes. My order was perfect. Thank you!

Honest Review! The first 3 times I came I had a long wait time compared to other ChickFilA's. In terms of a busy fast food resturant, its normal. The next 2 times, I did mobile order and I was in and out. It literally took less than 1 min to drive in, scan the QR code, pick up my order, and leave! I do recommend anyone that does mobile order, turn on location services so they know how close you are!!!! Suggestion to ChickFilA: Many people may not have location services on and may not scan the QR code resulting in them sitting in the mobile line for a long time. Management needs to have someone checking on the mobile line for this reason and asking people to scan the QR code. You must educate, dont assume people will do it right, assume they will do it wrong.

Typical CFA taste but shrikflation hit big time. Chicken got really thin and it's a walk up location. No dine in so waiting in the elements for your order.

Be aware that this location has no inside dining. There is a drivethrough and there is patio seating. The patio is situated inside the lovely parking lot if an old strip mall.

When this location first opened, there were a few hiccups with wait times (12minutes longest wait for me around 12:40pm, yes I timed it because I was seeing so much negativity on FB and in groups about this location), which is totally normal for a new spot! They’ve really ironed things out since then. I’ve noticed some folks mentioning the mobile line, but it’s funny how many don’t take advantage of the Chick-fil-A app. Seriously, it’s super user-friendly, and I’ve never run into any issues ordering ahead! The food is consistently delicious, just like you'd expect from Chick-fil-A. Plus, let’s be honest – if you’ve ever been to any other fast food place and seen a long line, you’d probably end up waiting even longer than 10-15 minutes. A line at McDonalds with 5-6 cars can easily be 15m. So, if you can’t wait, cook at home or meal prep.

Good CFA, not the fastest (10 minutes for a single spicy sandwich, although it was also decently busy). Could be better with maybe more workers and more efficient ways of doing things, but not as bad as the previous reviews made it! Sandwich was very good, ice cream was one of the biggest I've seen (ordered by my brother).

Honestly, I feel like a lot of people are entitled (cause wym somebody left a 1 star review just because they heard the service was bad here?!) anyways, it's an outdoor chickfilla which means no roof, but the tables/space was very clean, we placed a mobile order to dine in and we received it after 10 minutes. The food was delicious, the servers were very polite, the experience was very nice overall!!! Would come again, thank you :)

First things first this new location in Buford is not like a typical Chick Fil A location in that it doesn't have an interior dine in seating area (but they have several seats and tables outside which should be nice when the weather improves) and there is no children play area. I've heard mixed reviews about this place so I kept frequenting the chick fil a location in Sugar Hill but I discovered that this location is so much closer to our home and hoped they had worked out their opening kinks. My first visit, the customer service was a little disorganized and seems like kids having more fun rather than working. I refrained from writing a review at that time, since it seemed unfair. Revisited the location today which was a week later and the service has largely improved and I kind of like how quick it is to order through the app and pick up at the outdoor window. The food was great as well and no mistakes were made with our order. I recommend ordering via the app as I have found they don't make mistakes if ordering via this method. Overall, I'm a fan, but when I'm with my child I will probably make the drive to the location with a children's play area as that's a reason he loves going to Chick Fil a so he can play. I hope this location does well as it is very convenient to get a chick fil a fix. 4.2 stars rounded up gets this new location in Buford a solid 5 yelp stars from me. Thank you for being here!
